There is a fixed set of rules for this – these are the most important rules:

You only do what you really want to do.
You don’t have to cuddle with anyone you don’t want to cuddle with. You don’t have to do anything.
You ask for permission and get a verbal ‚yes‘ before touching a person. Say ‚yes‘ if you mean ‚yes‘ and ’no‘ if you mean ’no‘.
You can change your mind at any time.
The clothes stay on all the time!

1 – Welcome and Introduction
2 – Explanation of the rules
3 – Exercises for saying yes and no
(touch free exercises, there is no compulsion to touch or cuddle)
4 – Cuddle time (main part)
5 – Closing circle

DRESSCODE:
None/comfortable clothes

Important Note:
– please come freshly showered
– intense parfum / smells are discouraged (something sublte is totally fine!)
